• apartments are usually rented from Saturday to Saturday (in July and August)
• paying 20-30% in advance is obligatory to confirm reservation
• for one day stay the price increases 50 %
• for 2-3 days stay the price increases 25 %
• returning guests have a 5% discount
• discount of 30 % in the period from 1st September till 1st June for a stay of 30 days and more
