All 5 apartments are *** category, newly build and furnished. They all have air conditioning (cooling/heating) and SAT TV and solar water heating. There are parking places free of charge in front of house and a washing machine at your disposal. All guests are welcome to enjoy private space of the back yard  with it’s large barbecue and tables suitable for a couple dozen people.
Apartments can be rented all year around.

Big (*** star) apartment on the ground floor is about 70 m2. It's suited for 5 persons (max 7). It has 2 sleeping rooms  (with 2 and 3 beds), living room (with 2 sofa-beds), kitchen with dining area, bathroom (shower) and WC. In front of it is a stone paved  terrace  with table, chairs, large parasol (3 m) and barbecue for chilling-out.

Apartment studios are of the main road (just behind the house), two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. They are best suited for two persons. Every one of them is about 20 m2 and it has one multifunction room (with double-bed, kitchen, dining area, big closet…) and a bathroom. Apartments on each floor are divided with double doors in a way that they can be connected to make two 4-bed apartments (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor).
Every apartment has access to a mutual terrace with barbecue, table, chairs and parasol.
